India Dealbook: GSK Velu invests in dental chain, UB Group US arm raises money

GSK Velu has invested in a $12 million funding round by US-based dental chain Leixir, while liquor major UB Group’s US-based arm Mendocino has raised complex funding by issuing promissory notes.
