Singapore: Procurri launches IPO on Mainboard,targets fundraise of S$38.6m

Procurri Corporation Limited, a global independent provider of data centre equipment and lifecycle services, has launched its initial public offering (IPO) of 68,880,000 shares at an offer price of S$0.56 each, in conjunction with its proposed listing on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
